SMS Program Terms
Program Description
Elite Home Detox uses SMS to send appointment reminders, scheduling and care coordination updates, service information, and occasional program updates to individuals who have opted in to receive them.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of that number and that you are at least 18 years old. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month for recurring program messages, plus transactional messages related to your care and scheduling.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (888) 483-7471.
Carrier Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messages are not a HIPAA-secure channel and will not include protected health information. Please do not include sensitive health details in text messages.
