Alisha Bass, CADC I, serves as Director of Operations at Elite Home Detox, where she brings strong crisis intervention skills and a calm, steady presence to every client’s in-home detox experience. With a background in case management and operational compliance, she works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure care is delivered safely, consistently, and with the highest level of professionalism in the home setting.

With over 10 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, Alisha has worked across detox, residential, outpatient, and sober-living levels of care. That breadth gives her a deep understanding of the recovery journey and the judgment to handle high-acuity, high-stakes situations with confidence.

Known for her kind, approachable leadership style, Alisha is committed to supporting both clients and staff. She believes strong programs are built on collaboration, accountability, and empathy — and she remains deeply invested in helping individuals and teams work together toward healing and lasting recovery.
